I have used Pet’s Heaven for a few times now in the past 4 months for dog boarding. Every time it was like a breeze to call Rimma and set up a time and date for dog pick up and drop off, doggie daycare and dog boarding. My dog absolutely loves her and when i pick him up from the few days of vacation he always looks happy,rested and healthy! One time I had to reach Rimma late at night to drop off my dog very early in the morning and due to her flexibility and loyalty to the customers she found a time and spot to take care of her now regular client.

As i have already mentioned she also does doggy daycare, dog walking and dog sitting! If I lived close by Mosaic I would definitely hire her as my dog walker! She is very responsible and attentive to details, sends me picture updates from time to time and truly loves pets!
